We have developed robust remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools that are comparable to OEM offerings.     No. We test and certify all parts at Corporate in our Test and Certification center prior to putting them into inventory. We use these certified parts – never hot spares (scavenging parts off of whole units) – in your systems and stock 90 percent of critical parts to effect repair for catastrophic failures on your site. That way, when there’s a system failure, we can fix it quickly and correctly the first time.
