  • Am I sacrificing uptime for my system to improve my data center ROI?

No. Our commitment to predictive, proactive and preventive maintenance keeps your data center costs low while minimizing downtime.

CHE Consulting can increase your data center ROI through predictive, proactive and preventive maintenance. We have developed robust remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools that are comparable to OEM offerings. These tools allow us to predict upcoming issues, preventing downtime and lowering data center costs by isolating problems before other parts, machines or systems are compromised.

We have a team in place whose sole job is to monitor for potential issues or errors – their success is measured by how many issues they prevent. Our proprietary remote monitoring technologies ensure we’re ahead of any problems, no matter where your data center is located.

  • Will you use cut-rate parts to keep my data center costs low?

No. We test and certify all parts at Corporate in our Test and Certification center prior to putting them into inventory. We use these certified parts – never hot spares (scavenging parts off of whole units) – in your systems and stock 90 percent of critical parts to effect repair for catastrophic failures on your site. That way, when there’s a system failure, we can fix it quickly and correctly the first time.

  • Will we have to wait a long time to get a technician on site?

Our average on-site response time for our 7×24 customers is 1 hour and 8 minutes.

Unlike OEMs, we offer customized service level agreements (SLAs) to support what’s important to you. Whether you need an on-site engineer, a 24x7x2 SLA or something else that meets your specific needs, we create an SLA designed for your system requirements, while getting the most for your budget, improving your data center ROI.

Our customers also have access to our 24/7 help desk, where trained technicians work with you to troubleshoot, determine the issue, and set up any necessary on-site service. Our on-site engineers arrive within the agreed time frame of your machine’s SLA to address any further issues or install replacement parts. We hire the most highly qualified engineers, with years of experience working on systems like yours.
