We’re focused on ensuring system availability, and can remotely address any issue utilizing our proprietary remote monitoring tools for eligible equipment platforms, walk your team through the fix, or schedule an on-site visit from a technician.

We have in-house data center consultants for each of CHE Consulting’s supported platforms, including IBM, HP, EMC, Oracle, SUN, STK, Dell, NetApp, Cisco, Brocade, Quantum and others. We have extensive knowledge about how to service these systems and keep the associated equipment up and running.
