MEDICAL:
CHE offers Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health insurance benefits
to all full-time employees.
DENTAL: CHE offers dental insurance benefits to all full-time
employees.
VISION: CHE offers vision insurance benefits to all full-time
employees.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY: Full-time employees receive company-paid LTD
insurance.
LIFE INSURANCE BENEFITS: Full-time employees receive company-paid
life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll
in the company-sponsored Voluntary Life Insurance program.

VOLUNTARY
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the
company-sponsored Voluntary Short-Term Disability plan.
401 (k) PLAN: CHE employees are eligible to participate in the
company-sponsored, matching 401(k) plan.
HOLIDAYS: There are ten (10) basic holidays observed and fully paid:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day
after and Christmas Day.
VACATIONS: Full-time employees accrue vacation each full pay
period of employment.
For the first five (5) years of service, employees
receive ten (10) vacation days. After five (5) to ten (10) years of service,
employees receive fifteen (15) vacation days. After ten (10) or more years
of service, employees receive twenty (20) vacation days.
SICK LEAVE: Full-time employees accrue six (6) sick days per year.
Sick leave is accrued at the rate of two (2) hours each full pay period of
employment.
PAY PERIODS: Compensation is calculated twice a month for pay periods
ending on the 15th and the last day of each month. Paychecks are issued on
the 5th and 20th day of each month.
