Parts Quality

CHE has methodical disciplined processes and procedures to provide our customers with high quality and high availability of parts to support systems platforms placed under contract with our company.

We provide parts that are new, equivalent to new, or certified as new for every systems platform we maintain. Parts’ swapping between systems platforms is strictly prohibited, as is scavenging parts from whole systems platforms (hot spares).

CHE does not apply surcharges of any type for the delivery or shipping of parts and supplies for our firm fixed price maintenance customers.
